Adele Zgoda stays forever young by caring for the residents of Garden Gate
Health Care Facility where she is employed as a Residents Assistant.
This 76 year-old sings, jokes and reminisces with the residents as she
carries out her various job duties. This Buffalo born and raised woman with a Polish
background makes many of the residents feel right at home.
Adele is also an active member of Father Justin Ladies Auxiliary and St.
John Gualbert Church. There, she helps with events like Hawaiian Night and Polish Night.
For the last ten years Adele has helped with fundraising.
When her children attended high school at Bishop Turner, Adele worked for
12 years with the BINGO team.
In her spare time Adele likes to knit and crochet. She keeps her
hands busy by making clothing and drapes.
Adele has three children and grandchildren.
