The always active spirit of Living Prime Time is exemplified in Cal Haller.
Although Cal has been retired for 12 years, he leads an active life in the
Buffalo community. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the YMCA of Buffalo and
Erie County, and he is a Trustee Emeritus of Keuka College. Hes active with the
Niagara Lutheran Health Systems, and is pitching in with their planning and development of
a new campus in Lancaster. Many other foundations and institutions vie for Cals
time, and lucky for them, Cal shows no signs of slowing down.
Cal is also one of Buffalos biggest fans. A dedicated season ticket holder for
the Bills and Sabres, Cal has been supporting the home teams almost as long as hes
been married (49 years this month)!
With two children and two grandchildren in the area, its no wonder Cals so
involved. I volunteer because I have a genuine interest in these areas, and I want
to give back to the community.
As much a leader in Buffalo as he was in the Navy, Cal is intent on remaining active
and Forever Young.
