Delicious is how to describe Tracy Marshalls work. And works of art in pastry
they are, on display at her Lewiston store, The Village Bake Shoppe. After graduation from
Boston University and obtaining her degree in culinary arts from Newbury College in
Brookline, Massachusetts, it wasnt long before shed made a mark in the Niagara
Frontier community.
As part of her activity in the community that supports her, Tracy serves on the Greater
Lewiston Business and Professional Association. Its past secretary, she now maintains a
position on the board. Furthermore, she volunteers for the Niagara Hospice as well as the
American Cancer Society and Planned Parenthood. In keeping with her core interests, she
also has the enviable position of chef in residence at Artpark.
