John P. Coniglio, executive vice president of Occupational Safety and Environmental
Associates (OSEA) in Orchard Park, is a believer that well-organized and executed safety
programs will lead directly to increased profitability and employee satisfaction for

A safety engineer for more than 25 years, John helped establish
OSEA’s Small Business Safety Associates (SBSA) to provide small business owners, who
individually may not have the time or financial resources, access to quality safety
training and regulatory compliance advice.
For his work in the field of safety, John was honored earlier this year
with the Edward J. Waring Safety Professional of the Year Award by the Western New York
Safety Conference.
