Barbara Barryman Brandt keeps active by being part of many local organizations.
Some of them include being on the Board of Associates of the Buffalo
General Hospital and the Eden Preservation Board.
Barbara is also active with the Darwin Martin Restoration Committee, Meals on Wheels, the Cultural Committee for 2001 Pan American Celebration, the Greater Buffalo Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Architecture Committee.
For her countless efforts she has received distinguished awards from the
Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society, the Community Advisory Council, the State of
New York at Buffalo and the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site Foundation.
Barbara is also listed in Whos Who In America and Whos Who In The World.
She is married to Roger, a retired banker, and they have three children
who live out of town. Their eight grandchildren keep them busy traveling.
In addition to her volunteer work in the community and the promotion of the ideals of Theodore Roosevelt, Barbara enjoys gardening, golf and travel.
