Delicious is how to describe Tracy Marshall’s work. And works of art in pastry they are, on display at her Lewiston store, The Village Bake Shoppe. After graduation from Boston University and obtaining her degree in culinary arts from Newbury College in Brookline, Massachusetts, it wasn’t long before she’d made a mark in the Niagara Frontier community.

As part of her activity in the community that supports her, Tracy serves on the Greater Lewiston Business and Professional Association. Its past secretary, she now maintains a position on the board. Furthermore, she volunteers for the Niagara Hospice as well as the American Cancer Society and Planned Parenthood. In keeping with her core interests, she also has the enviable position of chef in residence at Artpark.

Take a taste of Tracy’s work by stopping in at The Village Bake Shoppe, on Center Street in Lewiston. Tell her Living Prime Time sent you.
