Mary S. Klink was born in Buffalo on May 19,1951. In 1972 she graduated from Buffalo
General Hospital School of Nursing and received a Bachelor degree of Science and Nursing
from Daeman College in 1988.
Mary has been a registered nurse for the past 27 years, and 25 of them
have been spent in the fields of long-term care and care of the elderly. Some of the
positions she has held in area homes are inservice educator, staff nurse, director of
nursing and administrator. She has primarily worked in Presbyterian Homes of Western New
York, Erie County Homes and Niagara Lutheran Homes.
Mary is a member of the Board of Cooperative Education Services and serves
on the Health Occupations Advisory Committee.
Married, with two sons and two beautiful grandsons, in her
spare time Mary likes to golf, roller blade, sew and read.
She also provides daily care and assistance for her 89-year-old neighbor
and friend and modestly says she has no time to
volunteer!
