Bea Clemons keeps young and healthy through country living. This 48-year-old runs and
lives on a 50-acre horse farm in Holland, NY.
Although I was raised in the city of Tonawanda, my love for country living has
been a major influence in my life, Bea says.
Bea works as a coordinator in the Education Department of Rural Metro Medical Services.
For the past 10 years, Bea has immersed herself in the Emergency Medical Services field.
A spinal injury two years ago ended her career on an ambulance, but she still keeps
active in the volunteer services as a fireman and rescue personnel with the Holland Fire
Department.
In her spare time, Bea enjoys spending time in the country with her six grandchildren.
